2016 – PresentRedwood City, California
Director, Product Management 2020 – Present
Lead roadmaps and cross-functional execution spanning merchandising, product lifecycle, manufacturing, and enterprise integration platforms. Have managed up to five direct-report product managers; hire, coach, develop and promote talent, and adapt product team structures as company priorities evolve.
- Global platform transformation. Co-led product strategy and rollout of Home Plate, a unified product lifecycle platform supporting 1,500 users, 10 million products and 80 million items. Brought buying, product development, purchase orders, item setup and catalogs into a shared platform, replacing three legacy systems across North America, international markets and Japan.
- CEO-level investment decision. Led vendor evaluation, RFP and business case for Fanatics' first manufacturing execution system (MES); personally presented the recommendation to the CEO and secured approval for a multimillion-dollar investment. Continue to lead product strategy and implementation, including a live pilot on two screen-print presses.
- Product organization leadership. Recruited, managed, coached and promoted product managers, with teams of up to five direct reports. Reorganized responsibilities and improved product practices to align ownership with evolving enterprise priorities.
- ERP integration strategy. Serve as one of three key workstream leads for the ARENA transformation, owning Work Orders integration. Drive product requirements, data modeling and cross-system planning to modernize manufacturing workflows and ERP/finance connectivity.
- Verified operational improvements. Helped reduce international product-change processing time from more than 120 minutes to under 45 minutes (over 60% faster), while eliminating manual catalog maintenance.
- Made-to-order operations. Delivered on-demand jersey production capabilities that reduced order SLAs from 10 to 6 days. The associated business case estimates approximately $5M in annual cost-of-goods benefits; these are projected, not realized savings.
- Global product infrastructure. Contributed to the Atlas V3 data and pricing modernization, enabling multilingual processing of approximately 3 million catalog line items in under two hours.
- Robotic picking evaluation. Led launch and assessment of robotic bulk-picking capabilities against operational throughput requirements. The business case projected more than $1M in annual savings, but actual throughput did not support scaling the solution.
