It’s premise is around trading CD mixes like we used to do back in the day, but instead of burning the mix to a disk, it’s all on the web. At first glance, I’m impressed how easily it is to discover new music by listening to other’s mixes. It’s very easy to click into a random playlist and find several songs you’ve never heard of before and really find you enjoy them. I think since the site is new (launched 4/25/2008), a lot of early adopters have jumped on it really posting quality music. I’m finding lts of Justice, Ratatat, MGMT & Hot Chip. Check it out on your own, but for now this is replacing my iTunes shuffle playlist.
