Captain Scott and The Big E flew in this weekend to Auburn to see the sights and fly some of us to Dreamland in Tuscaloosa. When they arrived here, I wanted to take them out for some real southern food, so we got Guthrie’s. Then I showed them around the campus and went by ShirtWorks and got a shirt. Before we knew it, it was time to fly to Tuscaloosa.

Jeff and Mike A came with me and the flight there took an hour. Let’s just say, Mike was doing some “questionable” work on his computer during the flight. We took a lot of picts.

In T-town, the airport had a free car we borrowed. We went straight to Dreamland. Amazing ribs and white bread. All they serve you is drinks, sliced white bread and slabs of ribs. After finishing eating, Jeff took us through Alabama to see some of the campus. Then we headed back to the airport and flew back home.

After we got back, we went to Bourbon St Bar for some drinks. It was alight, but it was also the last night of Jackie’s birthday and that made it fun.

All in all a great weekend thanks to Scott and Eric.

Jackie’s 21st Birthday

Happy Birthday to Jackie, she’s 21 (well, tonight at midnight she will be). But last night Jackie had a bunch of people come in from all over and party it up. The only problem is that Jackie passed out to early. Tonight: Everyone to the bars!

Captain Scott is flying in right now; I’m going to pick him up in an hour. Oh yea, and Mike A hooked up with Rachael Game last night. Woo Woo!

Look at my suit

I got all dressed up yesterday for the career fair. The Plainsman Office ladies got a kick outta me stopping by to say hi, and one wanted a picture. Standing next to me is Mrs. Kim who takes care of the accounting and IT for the paper.

Chris Young 2005

This year’s Chris Young party went really well, until the cops showed up. There were 5 kegs and 4 different styles of hunch punch. Dizzle named them accordingly: Ennis Erotica, Bickel Blast, Klements Krunk Juice and J.D.’s Jungle Juice. On the tables was DJ Rice-a-roni with his mix of The Strokes and LTJ with sometimes 5 back to back sets. Things burned in the bonfire and that was good as usual. All was good until 1 a.m., and then the cops showed up and killed the party. They locked up the house since no one who lived at the house was at the party and Mike’s laptop was still inside. So being the Thief, he just broke into the house and unlocked all the doors for everyone.

Music, Burger and Mike A grabbed the kegs and we all headed over to some CP1 party, but it was not the same. But in the end, a pretty good time was had.
